Summer Sing is an extension opportunity held each June open to any singer entering grades K-8 (fall of 2026) who wants to explore the JOY of music!

Attendees do not have to be a part of CYC to join us at Summer Sing.

This choral institute is taught by our CYC staff, guest clinicians and master music educators to create a fun environment to sing! We enhance music reading skills, singing confidence, and explore a variety of repertoire.

Summer Sing is focused on exploration of the singer in a fun, community-minded environment. Taught by our CYC staff, guest clinicians and master music educators, we explore a variety of repertoire, enhance music reading skills, promote singing confidence, and focus on how proper use of singers’ bodies aids in better singing as well as lessening stress and anxiety… all while creating a strong community connection!
